Fork in the Road wines are proud to present this Grenache Shiraz blend.

All the fruit used to produce this wine was grown in McLaren Vale and reflects the richness of the area.

Grenache from 100 year old bush vines, Shiraz from 60 year old vines. Hand-picked, destemmed, cold soaked for 14 days on skins , fermented slowly over 14 days to allow fine tannin extraction. Matured for 18 months in new French barriques. A rich, deep-seated mouthful of succulent red and purple fruits sustained by fine, yet firm, tannins.
