You must be 18 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Fork in the Road Wines. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 18 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from Fork in the Road Wines are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.
Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa or MasterCard.
No minimum purchase is required.
Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may be able to ship wines, directly or indirectly, to all states except Northern Territory. If Fork in the Road Wines is unable to ship directly to your state, we can arrange for the sale and shipment of our products through a third party. Please note, when dealing through a third party, wine prices, discounts, and shipping costs may differ from those quoted by Fork in the Road Wines.
Fork in the Road Wines deliver to anywhere in Australia via Fastway Couriers or Australia Post and Internationally via Get Freighted (upon request). If you are unsure whether we can deliver to the area that you live in, please contact us on (08) 8323 9100. In most cases delivery is within 2-3 working days. Please note that for ease of delivery and tracking, we prefer that where possible you provide a Business Delivery Address. Your purchases can then be delivered during normal business hours and signed for upon receipt.
Fastway Couriers is Fork in the Road Wines' carrier of choice. Shipping costs are $15 for up to and including 11 bottles of wine. Any purchase of 12 or more bottles of more entitles the customer to free shipping. *Note – shipping costs to Northern Territory may vary.
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Fork in the Road Wines is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
